Rob Knight, Therapist

I work with adolescents and adults focusing mainly on anxiety, depression, trauma, spiritual issues, substance abuse, and general life struggles. My goal is to empower clients to tap into the skills and answers they already have. I strive to develop a positive and helpful relationship to assist individuals in reaching goals they desire to achieve.
I earned a Bachelor’s degree in financial planning from the University of Georgia. I then earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Thomas University. I am a Certified Addiction Counselor with the Georgia Addiction Counselors Association and awaiting my licensure approval as an Associate Professional Counselor. I most recently worked at Penfield Addiction Ministries for 6 years and served individuals, groups, and families. My therapeutic approach is integrative and uses pieces of solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapy.
I love helping people and look forward to hearing how I can work with you.
