Ginny Schutz, MA, APC
I am an associate professional counselor (APC) with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Additionally, I am a certified facilitator for SYMBIS, a pre-marital and couples counseling program, and an American Association of Christian Counselors member. I hold an MA in English Literature from Tennessee State University and a BA in English from Colorado State University.
As a therapist, I combine the latest research-driven methods with a warm, client-centered approach to each course of therapy. I work alongside clients to explore their unique stories and pen their next chapters. This therapeutic process often unveils how a client’s past affects their present--and how both seen and unseen forces influence forward progress.
Together, we will craft a treatment plan that pursues healing, joy, and sustained emotional well-being. I have experience with adults of all ages, couples, and adolescents (12+) and specialize in anxiety, relationship issues, family patterns, communication skills, emotional instability, trauma, depression, grief, and life transitions.
I am currently pursuing full licensure and receiving supervision.
