Beginning August 17th, 2025, the fee schedule for licensed and associate license clinicians is as follows:
Student (college level or greater) - $70/session
Individual - $100/session
Couples - $120/session
There may be opportunities for reduced session rates as follows:
Master's level interns - $65/session
Groups - $40/individual, each group session
It is the mission of Bethel Haven to provide professional therapy at an affordable rate. Additional financial client assistance is available over and above the “sliding scale” rate for any individual or family dealing with a financial barrier that would prevent them from receiving care. Clients who believe that the cost of help will keep them from continuing therapy are encouraged to apply for the lower rate that matches their income or ask an intake specialist for assistance with a financial hardship.
Sliding Scale Rate - Clients are encouraged to submit a sliding scale application for approval. If approved, the client will receive a discount rate based on their verified income level. Documentation, such as a pay stub or tax return, is required to qualify.
Applications are available below and in the office. Income verification must be included with the application.

Please note that if you are granted approval for the program, you may receive a session at a discounted rate. If you "no-show" or late cancel more than one appointment, you may be removed from the program.
