Alaina Haller, Therapist
My name is Alaina Haller, I am graduating with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am pursuing my Associate Professional Counseling License. I believe meeting clients where they are is essential for a therapeutic relationship. Growth and healing from past experiences are two important factors in my work with clients. I utilize eclectic methods that involve an empathetic perspective, cognitive restructuring, and deep discussion surrounding emotions. My belief is that empowering and supporting clients is essential as they face what holds them back from reaching their goals.
I see clients (ages 18+) struggling with interpersonal problems in relationships, life transitions, grief, loss, and trauma, anxiety, depression, and OCD. I take a holistic approach to client issues and feel it is a privilege to walk through the most difficult times of a person’s life with them. My in-office days are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Wednesdays are telehealth days with the distance I must travel to the office. I would be happy to figure out a time that works best given clients that work with me are open to telehealth in case I do not have an open spot for inperson sessions. I look forward to taking the steps toward healing with clients seeking a safe place to land.
